Login to your control panel with your username and password.
Click on the RVsite Builder logo, towards the bottom of the page. If you have any problems logout and try again
In the RV Site Builder Program:
Select click here to start button for a new project or
select a previous project in drop down list to start editing.
Or select a previous project to delete it.
Step 1: Edit Your Web Site.
Type in your
project name. Select
language, and typing
Web Site Title.
Type in Company Name or select
No Company Name
Type in a catchy Slogan or select
No Slogan
Select to Upload logo: recommended size (120 x 70) or select
No Logo.
There is an auto resize if needed.
To upload logo: Click on
Browse Button and find your picture. Select your picture and click open.
Then click
Upload Logo button.
Click
Save button.
STEP 2: Select Template Style.
Use drop down boxes to select different templates. There are 80 to choose from.
Select your web site design by "clicking" directly on the preview image.
To change the color of the template, select one of the 3 color boxes below the listed template.
You can go back to step 2, and select a different template if you change your mind at any time.
STEP 3 : Select Your Web Site Style.
You can change the color scheme, picture style, navigator style, navigator color, and default font family. After you make a decision.
To change the
color, select a different color box.
TO change the
picture use the drop down box
Select
Navigator if you would like to change button style.
The
multi-color box will change the button colors.
Change the
font style.
Examples are shown below.
click "Save" to proceed to the next step.
STEP 4: Page Structure.
Select our suggested page structure by clicking >> icon. And then arranging your page structure. You can add extra components. Extra components have a pre-built script for its own specific task.
Select what pages you would like to have, and then use the arrow button to make it your selection to the right side.
You can also choose to add a
guestbook,
online form or
photo album.
On the right site
My Selection, you may change the page order, add and name a new page, rename or delete a page.
Choose if you want to use the predefined Layout Template
Save and continue
STEP5: Create and Edit Web Page/Site Content.
You will either open with your home page in the WUSIWUG Editor or a
Site Content box That will allow you to select which page you would like to edit.
Check box icons that you would like to apply to your page.
If the house icon is checked, it will appear on your page and link to your home page
If the gears are selected, it will add the Icon Group.
If the printer is selected it will add the printer icon
The next one will add the Send a Friend link.
The folder icon will Add site to favorite link
Note the different Columns: External Link | WYSIWYG Editor | Link Target | Delete | Manage.
External Link is so that you can view what the link address is.
WYSIWYG Editor select the Pencil & Paper icon to edit a specific page.
Link Target is if the links open in the same window or pop open a new window.
Delete a page, self explanatory.
NOTE: The
contact page will need to be edited with your email address.
On the bottom, you may also create and add an internal page to an existing page that you want to link to. Example: Possibly on your About Page, you might want a separate bio page. (Also called a Child page)
WYSIWYG Editor Add your content in the editor. Click
for help in using WYSIWYG.
After you finish editing your web page don't forget to click
otherwise you will lose your changes. You are also able to edit another web page by clicking on that web page in the site navigator buttons. Or click on Step 5 Button.
Unlike MS Word, formatting web page you need to put your words and objects into the hidden tables. For the novice user should start creating the new web page using the Layout Template
. It contains the pre-built layouts range from a simple to complex layout you may need.
If the template shows text that looks like a foreign language, highlight and type over it.

Step 6: Extras
This will allow you to rename your pages, add different transitions, and meta tags so that search engines will be able to find you. You will have to go to each search engine and submit your information before the will categorize you.

Step 7: Publish
When you are ready to show your site live go to Step 7 to publish. At any time you can select the preview button.
